How high can your drone fly?
Our drones operate safely and up to about 200 feet from ground level.
Will your drone damage the glass or facade?
No. We adjust pressure based on surface type. Our system uses soft pressure for sensitive areas and high pressure (up to 4500 PSI) when needed — powerful enough to clean, gentle enough to protect.
Is it safe to have drones flying near people?
Yes. Every job is handled by an FAA-certified drone pilot, and our drones are equipped with collision-avoidance sensors. We establish a safety perimeter on the ground as needed.
Do you need access to the inside of the building?
Not at all. Our operation is 100% external — no entry into tenant spaces, balconies, or common areas.
Are you recording footage while cleaning?
No. Our drone cameras are used only for real-time inspection and cleaning precision. We do not store or use footage for surveillance.
What kind of cleaning products do you use?
We use bleach for organic matter like algae or moss, alkaline solutions for grease and oil-based stains, and acid for rust, mineral stains, or oxidation. All solutions are industry-approved, surface-safe, and used only as needed.
Is your process eco-friendly?
Yes. We use purified water, eco-conscious equipment, and minimal chemical output. Our electric-powered rig helps us stay carbon-conscious.
Do you use hot or cold water?
Both. We use cold water for most jobs and hot water for oily or stubborn residue. Our rig adjusts on demand.
Will my windows be streak-free after drying?
Yes. Our multi-stage water filtration system ensures pure, mineral-free water, so windows dry without any stains or spotting — no squeegee needed.
What do you need from the building to operate?
Just access to water and electricity. Everything else — pumps, filtration, chemicals — is built into our rig.
